Vice President: Chuck Allen, Open - vacating due to move out of state
Secretary: Joe Couffer, Open - Fulfilled Board Obligation
Treasurer: Margaret Allen, Open - vacating due to move out of state
Member At Large: Jacques Lemerand (taking nominations for this position from all interested)

* Must have been a PHCC member for at least 1 year.
* Must commit to 2-year term.
